我的新工作

我上个月找到了一份新工作。

Last month, I found a new job.

这是一家咖啡店，离我家不远。

It is at a coffee shop, not far from my home.

我每天早上七点半到咖啡店，晚上五点半下班。

I arrive at the coffee shop at seven thirty in the morning and leave at five thirty in the evening.

我的工作是做咖啡，有时候也需要收钱和打扫。

My job is to make coffee, and sometimes I also need to handle payments and clean up.

这份工作不难，但是需要站着工作很长时间。

This job is not difficult, but it requires standing for long periods of time.

咖啡店的顾客很多，所以我常常很忙。

There are many customers in the coffee shop, so I am often quite busy.

我的同事们都很友好。

My colleagues are all very friendly.

店长是一位四十岁左右的女士，她对我很好，教我怎么做不同种类的咖啡。

The manager is a lady around forty years old, and she is very nice to me, teaching me how to make different kinds of coffee.

虽然工资不是很高，但是我喜欢这份工作。

Although the pay is not very high, I like this job.

我可以认识很多新朋友，也能提高我的中文水平。

I can meet many new friends and also improve my Chinese language skills.
