今天是我的生日，我二十岁了。

Today is my birthday, and I am twenty years old.

In the morning, my mom made me a birthday cake.

The cake was beautiful and delicious.

中午，我的朋友们来我家。

At noon, my friends came to my house.

They sang me a birthday song and also gave me gifts.

我收到了很多礼物：一本书，一件衣服，和一个手表。

I received many gifts: a book, a piece of clothing, and a watch.

我很高兴。

I am very happy.

晚上，我们一起去吃饭。这是一个很开心的生日。

In the evening, we went out to eat together. It was a very happy birthday.
